Hey allI want to find out if there's a way to make a cheap dog shock collar. My parents have three extremely vocal dogs and refuse to train them. I've tried a few tactics and so far they haven't responded. I figured a shock collar might be a better way to train them. I've had a look online, and it seems they all tend to be quite expensive. I figured if I could MAKE one, then it might be cheaper. I've heard of turning a disposable camera into a taser, but I don't need something THAT powerful! LOL. Any ideas on what I could use and how to turn it into something I can attach to a collar for a dog?
