| | | BARKING DOG ORDINANCE, How do you FEEL about IT passing?? | | It has not passed yet, but I heard it had passed in a few of the states is a BARKING DOG ORDINANCE where owners can be written up fines if their dog barks more than 30 minutes in a row. How do you feel about it? I don't like it. We are the owners of a black lab that is completely spoiled and would rather being sitting on the couch than out in her 300 sq ft dog pen that was built for her so in the beginning of putting her out there she will bark at all the other dogs she hears. In fact, our next door neighbor came over one sunny afternoon saying she was going to call animal control and report us for her barking. I was appalled. I knew we were NOT abusing our dog, but to call animal control for her random barking, don't you think that is going to extremes? What are you views?? | |

All of a sudden a big dog from nowhere came barking and chasing them. | | My Neighbor`s barking dog(s)=[ | | Hi, my family have 3 neighbor dogs (Chihuahuas). there are two on one side and one on the other side of my family house. They bark incessantly. my mother and i are ready to short circuit. called the SPCA and they gave me a whole list of things to do. i am willing to do this but it just seems too time consuming and inconsiderate ... i can`t believe they don`t hear their own dogs barking! anyway, i`ve reached the breaking point and am willing to do whatever i need to do to stop it(fill out log, mail it in, etc.) what i would like to know is if anyone has had this problem and if they have found some creative to deal with it to go talk to the people. i`ve also looked into the no bark devices that you can place in your yard .. not sure if these will work. any solution out there? thanks for your help. really appreciate it! | |

| Barking dog | | My dog barks a lot, all the time. Of course she does when people come to the door, but also if the neighbors across the street play in their yard, or a car drives past. It's a little annoying! How do you think I can get her to stop? | |

| Neighbors Dog: | | Here's the thing, its our neighbors dog, I hate it. It really annoys me that its barking early in the morning because it just bother my good night sleep. The second thing is it take a dump in front of the gate our gate. The neighbor is just so irresponsible. I am planning to call the dog impound so that there dog will just be put to jail. But i am afraid it will destroy the little relationship we have. Have you guys have the same problem? what did you do? If you have solution please do share specially the second one where the dog takes a dump in front of the gate.. is there a way that it wont take a dump in my gate? should i put muriatic or what? any idea? thank you guys please help. | |
